In your cart, the course should show $0.00 if not, add the discount code: IMEQUIPPED at Checkout.
Click Proceed to Checkout.
The "contact" email should be the email you registered your warranty with. Enter the remaining details and complete the order.
After completing your order, log-in and click the "Norvell University (NU) | My Courses" tab in your profile to access the course. Directions are also emailed immediately after purchase.

If you purchased qualifying equipment from this website, or our app, after 10/28/2025 you already have access to the Norvell University Core training. Click on the profile icon in the top menu and login. From inside your profile, navigate to the "Norvell University (NU) | My Courses" tab and select the unlocked Course.
