How do I sign up for the rewards program?

Signing up is easy - simply create an account on our website by entering your email! A 1-time use code will be sent to your email, enter the 6 digits and that's it!

It’s free to join and if you subscribe to our emails, you will automatically get insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops.

If you currently have an account or email subscription with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning Points!

What are the advantages of becoming a rewards member?

Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows you to earn more perks the more you shop with us. Members receive reward points for each purchase, which can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.

You also earn points for following us on social media, leaving product reviews, telling us about your business, etc.

I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account are automatically enrolled in our rewards program.

If you have used more than one email with us, please contact us to combine accounts for efficient earning.

Where can I find all of my rewards account info?

The rewards page is your roadmap to all your points and perks. You can access all your info by scrolling up on this page.

Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?

Yes! Make sure you create an account with the same email you've placed orders with.

Earning & Redeeming

How do I redeem my points?

Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier!

Simply scroll up to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward.

When do I get my points after placing an order?

Your points will be reflected in your account once your order has been fulfilled.

If your order has already shipped and you don't see your points, please double-check that you were signed into your rewards account when you placed the order, and that you didn't accidentally check out as a guest. To earn points, you must be logged into your rewards account at the time of purchase.

How do points convert to dollars?

For example, you start in Ascension, and earn 1 point for every dollar spent. If you spend $100, you'll earn 100 points. These points can be exchanged for discount codes in various increments. 100 points = $5 Off

When you move up and become an IcoN you will be earning points faster, 1.75 points for every dollar spent. Example, spend $100, earn 175 points.

What are the easy ways to earn points?

Subscribing to our emails is an easy way to earn 100 points ($5 Off), it keeps you in the loop for all things Norvell, and gives you access to exclusive offers.

Aside from earning points through purchases, you can add your birthday to your account to earn points, leave us a review after purchase, or like us on social media.

How to Redeem App Download 150 Points

Step 1. Download the App (+75 points)
From your phone's app store, download the Norvell Professional App.

Step 2. Enable Push Notifications (+75 Points)
Click the push notification banner in our App, which appears the first time you open the app. If you dismissed or don’t see the banner, use your phone’s settings to enable push notifications.

Step 3. Login or Create Account
Create an account or log into the app, if not already.

Expiration & Refunds

When do points and redemptions expire?

Rewards points will expire 12 months after they were earned.

Points that have been redeemed as a discount code will expire after 60 days of code creation.

How long do I remain in a tier?

Tiers expire 12 months after they were earned unless spend amount has been satisfied.

Example: You sign up for rewards on May 1st and spend $350. Two months later on July 15th, you spend $50 and unlock Celestial. Four months later, on November 22nd you spend $200. Three months later on February 14th you unlock Ethereal with a $200 purchase. You now have 12 months to place orders totaling $800 to maintain the Ethereal tier but over the next 12 months you place orders totaling only $400 by February 14th. You will drop out of Ethereal but you still earned Celestial.

Your tier status history is:

• May 1st – Spend $350 | Unlock Ascension Tier

• July 15th – Spend $50 | Unlock Celestial Tier
(Spend +$400 by July 15th next year to maintain Celestial Tier)

• November 22nd – Spend $200 | No Tier Change
(Spend +$200 by July 15th next year to maintain Celestial Tier)

• February 14th – Spend $200 | Unlock Ethereal Tier
(Spend +$800 by February 14th next year to maintain Ethereal Tier)

• March through January 5th – Spend $400 | No Tier Change
(Spend +$400 by February 14th next month to maintain Ethereal Tier)

• February 14th – No Additional Spend | Ethereal Tier Lost, Celestial Tier Earned

Will I get points back for a refunded order?

Yes, the points will return to your account after a refund or cancelled order.

Checkout

How do I redeem my rewards at checkout?

To redeem your points in checkout, use the drop down directly above your cart total to choose the amount you would like to apply, then click the "APPLY" button.

I have a code, do I have to login to redeem?

Yes, please log in to your account before applying your rewards discount code.
