Signing up is easy! Simply create an account on our website by entering your name, email, and password.
It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops.
If you currently have an account or email subscription with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning Points!

Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows you to earn more perks the more you engage with us. Members receive reward points for each purchase, which can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.
You also earn points for following us on social media, leaving product reviews, telling us about your business, etc.

We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program.
If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.

Yes! Make sure you create an account with the same email you've placed orders with. Email accounts cannot be combined.

Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier!
Simply scroll up to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward.

Your points will be reflected in your account once your order has been fulfilled.
If your order has already shipped and you don't see your points, please double-check that you were signed into your rewards account when you placed the order, and that you didn't accidentally check out as a guest. To earn points, you must be logged into your rewards account at the time of purchase.
How do points convert to dollars?
How do points convert to dollars?
For example, you start in Ascension, and earn 1 point for every dollar spent. If you spend $100, you'll earn 100 points. These points can be exchanged for discount codes in various increments. 100 points = $5 Off
When you move up and become an IcoN you will be earning points faster, 1.75 points for every dollar spent. Example, spend $100, earn 175 points.

For starters, each member gets a reward just for joining our rewards program.
Aside from earning points through purchases, you can add your birthday to your account to earn points, leave us a review, or like us on social media.

Step 1. Download the App & Enable Push Notifications
Click the banner in App. If you dismissed or don’t see the banner, use your phone’s settings to enable push notifications.
A push will be sent 2 minutes later with the code.
Step 2. Login to Rewards
Login to our website, if not already.
Step 3.
Click on Reward Square
Select the “150 Points Download Our App” square to open the pop-up and continue to the next step.
Step 4.
Click Download Button
Even if you have already installed the app, click the "Download Our App" button.
Close or ignore the new window/tab it opens and go back to the Rewards tab which now shows an answer box.
Write the code that was sent via push in this box and click the black button with the white arrow to complete.

Rewards points will expire 12 months after they were earned.
Points that have been redeemed as a discount code will expire after 60 days of code creation.
How long do I remain in a tier?
How long do I remain in a tier?
Tiers expire 12 months after they were earned unless spend amount has been satisfied.
Example: You sign up for rewards on May 1, 2024 and spend $350. Two months later on July 15th, you spend $50 and unlock Celestial with a total spend of $400. Four months later, on November 22nd you spend $200. On February 14, 2025 you unlock Ethereal with a $200 purchase. Over the next 12 months you make purchases totaling $400 by February 14, 2026. You will drop out of Ethereal but you still earned Celestial.
Your tier status history is:
- Ascension: May 1, 2024 - July 14, 2024 (12mo Spend $350)
- Celestial: July 15, 2024 - November 21, 2024 (12mo Spend $400)
- Celestial: November 22, 2024 - February 13, 2025 (12mo Spend $600)
- Ethereal: February 14, 2025 - February 13, 2026 (12mo Spend $800)
- Celestial: February 14, 2026 - February 14, 2027 (12mo Spend $400)
*Had you spent $700 from 2/14/2025 - 2/13/2026 you'd be in the IcoN tier. Spending less than $400 during this timeframe would put you in Ascension.

Yes, the points will return to your account after a refund or cancelled order.

To redeem your points in checkout, use the drop down directly above your cart total to choose the amount you would like to apply, then click the "APPLY" button.
