With over 17 years of hands-on experience and more than 20,000 flawless spray tans performed, Carissa has built a trusted reputation for delivering customized, confidence-boosting glow experiences.
Her sunless tanning journey began in 2008 with a simple goal: to offer a safer, healthier alternative to UV tanning. That passion quickly grew into a thriving business, a beloved local brand, and a respected voice in the industry. Carissa received her Norvell University Master Certification in 2011 and served as a Norvell Academy trainer for Michigan and Ohio from 2017 to 2020.
Today, she’s proud to rejoin the Norvell University team as the Academy Educator for Michigan, sharing her knowledge, artistry, and commitment to excellence with beauty professionals who want to elevate their craft. Carissa is passionate about helping others master spray tanning techniques, build sustainable businesses, and deliver radiant results their clients will love.
When she’s not training or running her award-winning salon, Carissa actively serves on the Wixom Downtown Development Authority Board, advocating for small businesses and community growth. Her mission is simple: to inspire confidence, one tan and one entrepreneur at a time.
