Q: How do I access the Online course?

A: If you've purchased this product, or qualifying equipment on this website (after 10/28/2025), click on the profile icon in the top menu and login. From inside your profile, navigate to the the "Norvell University (NU) | My Courses" tab and select the unlocked course.


Q: I bought new equipment from another vendor, how do I redeem my free NU Course?

A: Please register your product warranty to receive directions on how to redeem your free Core NU training.


Q: When do I get my Certificate?

A: It will take 4 to 6 weeks to receive your printed Norvell achievement certificate physical copy. Your PDF copy will be available for download immediately after successful completion of the entire course.


Q: How do I change my name on the Certificate?

A: The name on your Certificate is linked to your Norvell Tanning account and email.

1. Login to your account

2. Navigate to the "Profile" or "My Profile" tab

3. Edit your First and/or Last Name then click "Save" button

4. Navigate to the "Norvell University (NU) | My Courses" tab

5. Select the Core Course

6. Navigate to the "Certificate: Certificate & Information" section

7. Click the "Download Certificate" button to generate a new PDF.


Q: How do I bulk purchase equipment or classes for my employees or students?

A: If you’re purchasing multiple Core Courses (or equipment) on a single order/account, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance in setting up access for each artist. Everyone will need their own Norvell Tanning account tied to their email in order to take the course and receive a certificate.


Q: How do I attend the included Live Classroom Training within 1 year of my purchase?

A: Contact our Customer Service Team with your order information to attend a Live, In-Person Core classroom training within 1 year of Core Sunless Online Training or qualifying equipment purchase.


Q: Looking for our previous training platform?

A: Access to our previous training platform is active for 90 days after purchase and can still be viewed here: http://training.norvelluniversity.com
