"I ordered and paid for expedited shipping. However, the product never came. After some research I came to the understanding that the package got damaged during shipping. I called and spoke with customer service and they noted the damaged package had been returned to Novell. They stated they would re-send me my order but they have not. I love their products but I am really disappointed in their customer service."
