As Vice President of Sales for Norvell and INNOVE Beauty & Wellness, Brandon Cardinal brings over 25 years of industry experience to the classroom. He’s not only one of the architects of Norvell University, but also a driving force behind some of the most successful products in sunless tanning.
Brandon’s career includes nearly every role in the industry: salon owner, equipment manufacturer rep, distribution manager, and sales executive. His insider knowledge of the art and business of tanning has shaped Norvell’s global strategy and helped millions achieve natural-looking results.
When you’re a student of Brandon’s, you gain more than just technique: you learn how to think strategically, build brands, and lead in a fast-evolving market.

Jacob Hale brings a people-first approach to his role as a Norvell educator. When he’s not educating future tanning professionals, Jacob lives on a farm where he works with horses and defends his firm (and correct) opinion that dill pickles are superior to cucumbers.
His down-to-earth personality and genuine love for the industry make him a relatable, trusted mentor in the Norvell community.
